Whole system fire-proofing

Hwarrior rolled steel fire-proofing system has excellent fire-proofing function, It has superior in fire-proofing, heat-resistant, sound insulation, all assemblies conform fire- proofing, assembles scientifically, all these lead to a whole set of fire-proofing glass curtain wall system.

Fire-resistant integrity and fire-resistant, heat-resistant integrity

This fire-proofing door, window system divides into fire-resistant integrity HW-FH1 and HW-FH2 which can be both fire-resistant integrity and heat-insulation. Heat-insulation material applies middle layers blocking heat, so as to effectively block the heating radiation and heat energy from both facing the fire and the opposite of the fire. Double sides of door, window sealed with anti-flame rubber sealant, door frame applies washer and base sealant to prevent flame spreading. This system can be adjusted with different assemblies according to different design requirements.

Different types of design to meet the buildings‘ requirement, energy-saving, environmental protection glass, self-cleaning glass can be applied accordingly so as to realize energy - saving, environmental protection, self-cleaning fire-proofing glass wall curtain system.





Technical functions: Refer to national standards of fire-proofing: Fire-resistant grade, 1st Grade 90mins, 2nd Grade 60mins, 3rd Grade `45mins, 4th Grade 30mins. Sound insulation effect - based on the fire-proofing glass used; heat-resistant function based on the fire-proofing glass used.

  Fire-resistant integrity and heat-resistant function (Class A)
      Within the fixed time, stop fire and flame spreading, it is required on the opposite side of
      the fire, average temperature could not be more than 140C degree (maximum less than 180C degree)

  Fire-proofing integrity and heat-proofing radiation function (Class B)
      Within the fixed time, stop fire and flame spreading, on 3M away from the opposite of the fire
      requires critical radiation intensity of illumination less than 0.42W/cm2, and if it is within
      the opposite side of the fire equal its shorter (length or width) 1.2 times distance, critical
      radiation intensity of illumination could be 3.35W/cm2.
  
Fire-resistant integrity ( Class C)
      Within fixed time, stop fire and flame spreading.

The system can be applied to cultural buildings which require high security such as in Commercial area, school, library, hospital, museum, sports stadium etc, or public buildings like in industrial area, exhibition hall, airport, station or private top class houses or villas.
